Full Version: PsP Firmware version 3.40
ok my friend has been able to play PSX games on his PsP with fw version 3.4 but i fortunately have not been able to *tear* i have some games that are hard to find now a days which i would want for my PsP (hence why i bought one) but it says "To use this content, you must first activate the system" but alas it doesnt tell how to activate the system and my friend never got this error please help me so i canm enjopy my psp to the fullest

You have to have at least custom firmware 3.0 oe to play the games.
u need custom firmware but i think ur friend can play it because he has a mod chip or he has 3.40OE-A
Actually you can have PSX games on an unmodded psp no matter what the version is. The problem is you have to pay for them and have access to a PS3 to download them to your PSP.
