i dont know wether i should upgrade my psp to 3.30oe and risk bricking it. what do you think and is it worth doing it? i just dont want to mess my psp up

For now I think that 3.03 OE-C is more than good enough.
It might be worth upgrading to 3.30 OE when some games actually require above 3.03.

theres a really slim chance of bricking if upgrading from oe to oe
and you can still mess with the topmenu if you upgrade to 3.30

Just use STV's 3.30OE easy upgrader...its flawless and you wont brick it unless your a total noob!!

I would just stay stick with what you've got a buddy of mine upgraded to 3.30 OE-A and said he hates it now he's back on 3.03 OE-C. And as adw888 said no game requires above 3.03 yet.

I dont see much of a diference in the 2 but some newer games are needing 3.11 so ill upgrade , plus i have my nephews psp on 3.30 oe a already topmenu customized and all and it cool. no probs.

im a total noob at this, and the previous posts have coverd this, but i think that 3.03oec is tried and true. the newer firmware,regaurdless how much of a genius darkalex is, is still in its infancy.

lol cool i was on 3.03oe-c and upgraded to 3:30 and it was kinda the same thing :S just different names and i seen this new program called psp spot i got no idea what it does but ok lol

you should upgrade if you have a 1.50 version and there is no risk because there are easy installer for those that dont know how to do it and if you bricked it it might be because u turn ur PSP off wille flashing but i think ur smarter then that
