I have come to realize that if you are using a custom bootwave (Changing the opening_plugin.rco in anyway) you will NOT be able to run PS1 games. When you start it the xmb will disappear and you will only see your wave and/or background and the powerswitch will not work.

Hopefully this is helpful:)

Yeah I had a nasty run-in with this way long ago try renaming it 0pening_plugin.rco before flashing (replace the letter o with 0 you must leave the original opening_plugin on your flash though) that should work it's how I have mine set up and it works just dandy. So the file you should flash it 0pening_plugin.rco (the one you spell with a zero) Hope this works for you Duuz.

This did not work, could you give me any reason why it might not?

it doesn't read the custom gameboot.

Do I have to use a flasher like flashagent or can I do it on my own?
GantzSensei
Well I know I already helped you but yesh I use FlashAgent when I do flash things.

i wish i read this 2 weeks ago. it took me an hour to figure out what was goin on. i took out my whole custom theme. got it to work so i put the custom theme back and took all the plugins out one by one and found out it was the opening_plugin.rco causing the problem
