would u buy an official copy of zelda for psp if it came true.
maybe nintendo will add two player death matches online and a
two player co-op match.

don't misread this question it say IF it came true which means im well
aware its not going to happen, its asking would you buy it not if it is coming out.
maybe throw around sum ideas.

VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY unlikely. The Zelda franchise would never be turned over for cross console, unless you get ROMs. That's like sending Mario to Microsoft!

No freaking way NINTENDO would allow it.

If it happened? I'd be all over it at launch time.

Why would nintendo share one of its trademarks with its number-1 hand-held console enemy???

I agree it will not happen
The Reverend Menagerie
Actually, it might happen, but it would take a complete and utter downfall of Nintendo to see it.

Think Sega and Sonic, which now appears everywhere.

It won't be for PSP, but maybe a future version is possible, though highly, highly unlikely.
phlak
It will never happen as long as Nintendo is alive and kicking. And Nintendo will be going strong LONG after the PSP turns into the original gameboy.
ShadowZappa
I don't think it will happen but if it did I would get it straight away.
Vinnypspyeah
theres a very unlikley chance. Very close to impossible. but if it happened would do whatever it takes to buy the game. But wont happen. only if it has a downfall. Sega did and now the games for psp. Sega classics on psp is fun. imagane a nitendo classics. that would be one of the best umds ever made!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never will happen

Indeed, which was pretty much my stance. It's not completely out of possibility, but Nintendo is much smarter than Sega.

Original Gameboy...I have some of those.
ChristianwithaC
im not a fan of zelda.. but even thought it won't ever get on a psp.. (besides CFW).. then i might get it
dtvhn21
well who knows? maybe nintendo and sony might become partners... LOL laugh.gif
DEvok
theres no way that nintendo will release any of there tittles for sony. the only arcade game this year for arcade was super mario kart 2 last few months pretty good game, uses card to save data like initial d.
Motion
you have to admit it would be pretty cool tho but the controls would be so awkward
TsCustomz
I'm confused this is kinda dumb MOVING ON!!!

Zelda would be cool on psp and great for two player tongue.gif
bassist_51
that'd be cool
soviet_63
if they did make it, its would most likely be upwards of 80$ for a single game, but i'd still be the first in line to buy it.
RedPond
i think there should just be 1 system. that can play all games. and my opnion psp is better then ds. so sony and nintendo should banned together for better sales

that would be very very cool if that happened. But I think it would be very unlikely because that would be implying a major change in both companies.
packy
that would be sweet if zelda did come out for psp... but most of u do make a good point... i don't think they will do it.. i hope though *cross fingers* smile.gif

Nope not in this life but then again say never never

Alright folks I'm pretty sure in the first post of this topic the postee said IF this were to happen not WILL this happen. Meaning he's already well aware of the fact that unless by some fluke Nintendo goes bankrupt or Sony and Nintendo band together that this ISN'T GOING TO HAPPEN!! He was just saying if it did, so instead of saying what the postee already knows why not answer his inital question If the Legend of Zelda were to come to the PSP would you buy it, well my answer is yes, I would all over that like white on rice.
xXAgeXx
Its a fun idea I got to admit, but money towards nintendo is not something I want to do
Juggler
Highly unlikely unless Nintendo suffers a major downfall which is also highly unlikely.
GR41L
If it happened the only way i would buy it is if it was a completely new zelda game not just a re-hash of one of the previous titles because i would want to see it made for the psp's specs not just dumbed down gc or wii version. In my opinion i think the big three (sony, microsoft, nintendo) should stop the console war and work together seeing master chief, mario, zelda, and kratos on a single console would be heaven plus if there was only one console they could focus on making top notch games and it could be paradise for gamers world wide.

I completely agree with this, but you see the companies wouldn't make as much money ERGO it wouldn't happen, am I bashing your idea No not at all I am completely behind it now if only we could get the companies to see it this way, sorry for the off topic post.
fdgf
i would buy it in a second, but i dont think it will ever happen since nintendo owns zelda dranchise
