Hey what are the essential folders i need to CREATE iN My memory STick ani 1?

Just go to System settings on your psp and say format memory stick. It will put most of the essential folders in for you. The only ones it doesn't put in are the ones to watch video's. For that make folder called MP_ROOT in the root directory. In that folder put a folder called 100MNV01. Just put all your videos in that folder. Make sure that thay are converted to the right format.
