Hello i am new to all this stuff and i was wondering if u have v 1.50 psp how do u get a web browser? is thre a homebrew one? or anithing i need help iM NEW! TO THIS! I reallie wanna surf the net =/

The only web browsers are homebrew browsers, the web browser in tenchi no mon and wipeout pure. There might be a couple of other games that have it.
