Lo all,
I was wondering if anyone else has come across the problem with game saves in FF7.
Basically.. I have just finished Disc1 of FF7.. Saved the game.. But when I boot up to FF7 - Disc 2.. my game save is not there

Anyone know what I have to do to carry on playing the game?

well u get to save the game at the end of disc 1.. So after that u have to go back to the PSP menu. and load up Disc 2.
Only problem is.. when the Disc 2 Eboot loads.. It cant see the game saves..

When playing multi disc games, you have to make sure that the game ID is the same for both games. If the game ID isn't the same, then it doesn't use the same save state.
Easiest way, is to get the required programs and files to create your own images. That way you're sure it will work properly.

When converting the .cue file in PopStation you get the option to verify the game id. The game id on every disc should match. If the information doesn't match, then the second disc won't have any save data.
Just convert your own. It's fast, and easy. Just use google for a tutorial.

question. if the game id for all the disks have to be the same then you can only have one disk on your psp MS at a time for this to work? because you have to run the disk eboot from a folder with the same name as the game id correct? and you cant have 2 files named eboot in the same folder. and it cant be the same id as another game because it will overwrite save data?
