Yes there is actually (do your research guys before saying no). There's a few sites set up that have a web-based client (so you need 2.0 firmware), the first one I found (with Google, "psp AIM client"):

It works, but it has lots of advertising stuff on it.

e-messenger doesnt seem to be that great unless you use the mobile version of msn which is very limited compared to the full fledged version of e-messenger msn. (heaps of fancy shamncy popups and stuff).

you can rip wipeout down to just the browser and it works fine for me. pm me and ill point you in the right direction.

AIM can be used on the psp with using a homebrew program [I dont have it on hand]. It can be obtained in google. I THINK it was working. Search "PSPAIM","PSP4AIM", and "AIMS". If not just use the website webaim.net or somewere. Also search without quotes ;]. (edit:) I've been wanting to create homebrew for the psp to search the web. So far I created 2 things. 1. Able to view images. 2. Able to write text. Bugs: Nothing compared to v2.00. I have been trying hard and working for it. I expect a beta release maybe december? Im not sure. It takes forever to access in "encryption mode on a website" also but In my opinion its quite fast. Maybe faster or maybe the same speed of v2.00. So far I covered is bookmarks (only able to put 20),web browsing, and disabled "optaining ip" unlike v2.00 since it takes forever most of the time. If you like to try the beta send me a pm.
