gpSP is a Gameboy Advance Emulator for PSP
v0.9 is its latest official version

Requirements:
A PSP with Custom firmware or 1.50 official firmware

Installation:
Take both gpSp and gpSP% folders and put them in your GAME150 folder on your psp
To play roms, you just put the roms (.gba) in the gpSP folder without the "%"

There is also a Unofficial version of gpSP which is at v3.2 Test 06

The Requirements are the same,

Installation:
Take the "UO_gpSP_kai" folder without the quotes and put it in your GAME150 folder on your psp
To play roms, put the roms (.gba) in the "ROM" folder without the quotes, so x:/PSP/GAME150/UO_gpSP_kai/GBA/ROM
(x is your psp drive)

If you dl it your wont risk anything. Maybe hosting it, but doubt it. Never heard of anyone getting busted for it.

i have psp 2.71 with ta-082. i downgraded to 1.50 and then upgraded to 3.03 OC with the help of dark-alex custom firmware. is there a way to play gba games using this emulator. if so then how please step by step tutorial would be nice.tks

yes you can... you just need to get a downgrader then upgrade to 3.03 OE-C or 3.10 OE-A' and you can use this emulator... even on 1.50 you can use this

How do I make it work on 3.03OE-C? I placed all the files from the zip in 'GAME' then when I tried to play it just says: 'The game could not be started. (8002014C)'

you have to put it in GAME105 to make it work... if you don't have one make one mellow.gif laugh.gif

DO i need custom firmware to run this one?
cos im using 2.82 =[(have no idea how to change it)
and a majority of the emulators i have tried spring as corrupt..

I forgot that I had this... it's on my old 512mb ms which I haven't used for ages. I have a ton of GBA roms on there.

you need custom firmware or official firmware 1.50 to play this, or else you can't ohmy.gif

nice hopefully it works this time, and better than the one im using now

edit nice it works way better than my old emulator. when i tried it before i was missing the bios file thanks a lot!
