got a psp here, and wondering if anyone be able help me.
im wanting to download games from torrents say and put them on my psp.
i dnt no what kinda of software i have to download and programe i shuld run my psp on. any help well be aprecated.

i also wondering what the best memory card to get ive heard bout peopel can store alot a games on there cards some can only hold 3 games.

And the best memory card to get is a Sandisk Memory Stick

Get the 1GB if u want only a few games on it

Get the 2gb if u want more games

First tell us what firmware you are running and then we can tell you what you can do with it.

firmware this all new to me just started to do it how can i tell what firm ware ive got??

go to settings, then system information and itll say.
And torrent downloaders arent very good, i just tried a torrent downloader(5 of them to be exact) and they downloaded at about .6 KB a sec(which is really slow) So just download them straight from this site

yes 2.81 is your firmware. firmware is the stuff your psp runs on. if this is ever damaged or messed up your psp is called a brick. becuase it is as usefull as a brick (funny huh?) well you are going to need to update to the 3.03 firmware and then downgrade it to the 1.50 firmware by using grand theft auto liberty city stories unpatched. then you SHOULD (in caps because some dont) upgrade to 3.03 OE-C as that is currently the best firmware that is made by dark alex. he is the inventor (along with a great team of coders) who made this custom firmwares. with these custom firmwares you can play ps1 games. that is great imagine playing final fantasy tactics all over again and having it where ever you go that would be great. again this is probably a lot to grasp i suggest you go the homebrew section and check out also the website forums.WE TRY TO STEAL PSP-SPOT STAFF is great for this stuff and learning. hope this helps.

ya now u need to downgrade to 1.5 then 3.03

Im not really sure if u can downgrade from 2.81.... and im pretty sure u need to buy a Grand Theft Auto:Liberty City Stories Game UNPATCHED!!So dont go to your local eletronics store and buy 1! Go to ebay or i could sell u 1 if u want. Just remember, if u want to play downloaded games u need to buy that game. to check if its unpatched or not , when u put in the game and it has a update called UPDATE 2.00 if its anything but that its patched. sorry if this didnt make sense to you
