i found some fun animations on internet but they were in swf format
so i tried searching for some converters and mostly they have it from swf to avi
so i have to convert that again to mp4

i already have the PSP converter thing for avi to mp4 or avc but i dont have any decent programs for swf to avi

does anyone know any free good program?
and also while i'm converting it, i have to record the sound from swf to avi while i'm converting it using my microphone which is kinda annoying

and when i'm done usually the sound and the animation doesn't match
anyone expert at these kinda things, please help me out~

The only thing that I know of that might do what your asking is Sorenson Squeeze 4--but it's not free.
