My Question are

1.How come i can still hear the game music and the music i was playing? Is it supposed to do that?
2. The Music seems to be skipping or u could maybe say lagging. Is it also supposed to do that?

Yes I think so; have a look at the "Mute Game Audio" feature.

No it's not, but it's probably because it's accessing the memory stick for the music file and the ISO simultaneously.

iR Shell is good for multi-tasking; as mentioned, you can listen to MP3s while playing games, emulators, using an eBook reader, etc. It is also a decent file manager, with nethostfs and usbhostfs capabilities. Furthermore, it has an IR (remote) feature, to control TVs, DVDs, Sat/Cable Boxes, etc.
