Is there PSP cheats somewhere, I clicked the cheats link here, but it didnt work...

I use CWCHEAT for my psp when I feel like being a cheater...lol
why would you cheat??

Gamefaqs.com has cheats.
I use CWCheat, but only with Socom
And Other cheats, I use only with GTA
I dont even think I have CWCheat anymore
But the Button cheats for GTA work just fine =P
If you Google the Game Name, the Console and then type Cheats
You normally get a good Cheat Site
Should look something like:

- Most Emu Games
- And also freezes sometimes when you use it on UMD and have ISOs saved to your mem card =P
Just make sure you dont get a gay version that does any of that if you plan on using CWCheat

Hahah, trust me. There is a program I tried called CheatCW, and it was a PSP viruse LOL
So if you see CheatCW, dont download and install it =P

Just as what everyone mentioned above: do a search for cwcheat in google. The text archived in the zip file is kinka confusing (to me anyway). Once this is put on the MS, you can activate the cheat inside the game. And as mentioned above, cwcheat does not work very well with some games (i.e. lock up, does not seem to do anything).
