anyone know how to run a cos on 3.03oe-c...I heard you dont need devhook...but I cant run it......I d/l need for speed carbon.cos on the user download but cant play it help

no you don't need a devhook if you are running the firmware you say you are. did you put the CSO file in the ISO folder of your psp? if so, you might need a umd in. if those don't help, you might have a bad CSO file. but make sure you are putting them in the ISO file in your psp.

here is what you do.
1. If your psp is on, turn it completely off.
2. turn it on again, and immediately hold R after u flicked the switch
3. it will then boot you into recovery mode. ( if you didnt get a pink coloured background, then repeat steps 1-2 again.)
4. Next, go to advanced, and click advance configuration.
5. In there, enable the first one (plain modules in UMD/ISO)
6. Now go back to the main menu and click exit
7. Now try running your iso/cso again (i think you need the UMD inside your psp)
9. If it doesnt work, double check to see if you put your iso's and cso's in the "ISO" folder, in the root of your memory stick
8. If it still doesnt work, go back to your advance configs, and try messing around with those.
