I need your help guys. My analog stick feels different. Its not smooth. It feels like something sticking inside whenever i move it. Its still well calibrated though. I tried my friends' psps but theirs is ok. Mine's not smooth... What can I do? I tried rotating it and moving it in several directions for about 1 min but its still the same. Its feels kinda rough and I need extra effort than usual to move it at times.

if you psp is indeed only a month old, you can send it in to be repaired. That is what I am going to be doing, though my psp's joystick is uncalibrated for me. If your psp is on custom firmware you have to downgrade back to 1.5 and then go to an official firmware that your psp was originally at and then specify in your problem report that you do NOT want your psp's firmware updated. I've sent in my psp before and it went so smooth. ONly prob is when I got it back, they were the ones who messed up my joystick. Hope this helps.

Most stores here in the Philippines only give 1 week warranty. Too bad. Maybe I'll just buy a new analog stick.. Or will spraying WD40 work?

if yopu put WD40 in your analog stick you could kiss your psp goodbye... I will see about shipping you the spare I have even though we are half a world away.. I would rather not see you screw up your psp....

Wow thanks! I hope you could ship it to me.. That would be very very cool!!!
