iv seen many ppl who posts downloads but s9metimes it says steal psp staff is it a bug on the site?
i don't reallly get your question but let me reply to it how I understand it...
people will tell you that you stole a link or a downloads if you just copy the links given by other member here or stolen from other forum...
what you can do is upload your own copy.... then post your link...

You mean - WE STEAL PSP-SPOT STAFF (or something like that)
This is not a bug; it is just shown when a certain website is posted, which is not allowed on this site.
If you want to link to external sites, use PSP-Hacks or MaxConsole.
