i tried many but i never grt the ones that does this. is there a psp movie converter that converts the moviesmthat have a loud volume of sound? coz the ones iv tried i can bearly here anything there no option in the program to change the volume so whe u run it on the psp it can be cranked up.

PSPVideo9 should be your answer, go to "Setup" Profiles tab and Audio setting, there's a slider to increase your volume.
