I know you ol' pros at this stuff did this years ago but it is new to me. While playing around with haary1's and coopmaster's waves I decided I wanted a new background behind them. With much tinkering I know have a nice wallpaper laid in behind their most excellant waves. This is what I did:

Opened a .jpg wallpaper I liked in photoshop.
Hit save as and saved it as a .jpg at lowest quality
Went to image/image size and set the resolution at 1200dpi and the size (pixel dimensions) at 240 x 136
Then I saved it as 01-12.bmp at 24 bit
Opened up flash0 vsh/resource drag, drop OK the overwrite and now my wallpaper is behind my wave

I know that there must be better settings and maybe easier steps to do this. Please test and post your results in this thread
As with anytime you flash there is a risk of brick or semi-brick. Please make sure you battery is at least at 75% and you feel comfortable playing in the danger zone before you try this.

Update: a couple of icons look goofy after this, maybe custom ones will straighten this out
