i have a full iso of Marvel ultimate alliance (aprox 1.4GB)
but it won't load
my memory stick recognises it
but when i trie to boot it up, it says game 800xxxx can't be played
a umd is present
play umd automaticaly is turned off
and i also tried booting up psp while holding down 'R' button
is there something else i can try ?
i have firmware 3.03 OE-C

i also tried booting the game
after i changed cpu speed to 266
but then it didn't work also

i downloaded the same game, but a ripped version i got from the forum here, and that worked
1.4gb downloaded for nothing

Usually videos (cutscenes), audio (especially background music) or other languages are ripped, as well the UPDATE folder.

i've seen a lot of update folders ripped. what is the update folder do?

It does as the name suggests, contains the firmware update stored on UMDs.
