is there such a thing? and how much do they roughly cost and where could one be purchased??

currently no there is a homebrew but u can only type small messages and save them their is supposed to also be one coming in spring so yeah probaly around 20 to 50 dollars,

There is no official keyboard or support for one yet. There is a homebrew version that uses a palm keyboard but its not really functional for psp usage.
