hey guys, what do un feel is a good compression ratio? iv got a few games iv had to decompress cuz they ran like shit, namly both GTA games, but they so damn big.....

I usually use the highest level of compression (level 9 I think), and then change the CPU speed to 333MHz if it doesn't run smoothly enough.

even with 9, i seldom run into problems. perhaps u do haf a high requirement

i always compress to 9, but it doesnt seem to compress much...but thats to a cso...anyone know how to further compress them?

I use 9 except for GTA I use 1 uncompressed at 266 MHZ is the only way to make it run right.

yeah GTA is the game in question, both of em dont work right unless i decompress fully.... just wish it was smaller but i dont want to miss out on radio/cutscienes
