All of you out there without a PS3 and needing the BASE, KEYS, whatever, USE THIS POPSTATION THAT INCLUDES IT!!! Its also easy to use and easy to change the Icons and Backgrounds of your PS1 Games. If you are one of the skeptics that needs your scientific mumbo-jumbo proof , look in the DATA folder of the archive and you'll see the BASE and KEYS

I assume no credit for the creation of this program. Also, use the 2.26 edidtion since it also gives you the KEYS.BIN along with the EBOOT

haha i also use ZiNgABuRgA's simple popstation gui. really easy to use and customize the eboots.
