This is my own opinion but I really think you guys should limit the length of the sigs that people have. Some of the people here have ridiculously long sigs and that is extremely annoying when youre trying to read a forum. I think it would definitely help clean up the look of some of the forums because I think scrolling through tons of pictures, links, text in one persons sig over and over gets quite annoying.

Me too! RealG's is the worst sig around at the min!

I agree, I think that there should be a maximum length (as in vertical height) of a signature to avoid making topics too long to navigate.

Yes Realg is annoying anyway so that doesn't surprise me at all, that is a great suggestion NyghtcrawleR

definetly a good idea I was going to suggest this the other day when i seen La_faker_81's sig
not trying to flame anybody but it is true

yea! i see that all the time, the longest and most annoying forum i saw was a bunch of big pictures one on top of the other, it takes up like my screen's height about 3-4 times. but is it possible to limit signatures size vertically?

Yeah, I've mentioned the length of his sig to La_faker_81; hopefully he'll change it soon.

It is possible to limit signature size vertically, maybe not automatically but many forums have rules regarding sig sizes that the Mods enforce.

A sig, or signature, is something that is shown after all your posts.
You can edit yours by going to "My Controls", then "Edit Signature" under "Personal Profile".

Its usually an image or writing that gives your name/profile some personality. If you look at some posts look under the dashed line. Anything below that is the persons "sig" or signature.
