first format your memmory stick (Backup First)

then plug innn your psp and you would see a new foulder in your "My Computer" then double click and you will see a ISO foulder and that is where your ISO goes.

games/homber/psx iso's go in psp/game/ folder either in 1.00 format 1.50 format or 2.xx format
iso's / backups go in iso folder on the root of the memory stick F:/iso and just stick the iso or cso file in that folder and it will appear under game in the xmb (xmb=main dash) and then just click on the game no special software needed or anything
and welcome to the wonderful world of homebrew!

Basically to run isos put them in the ISO folder on the root of your psp. Example X:/ISO where x: is the drive letter of your psp. If the folders not there just create it and put your isos in there by drag and drop thats it.

Everyone who posted a reply is right but i'll break it down for ya,

psp images (.iso, .cso) are put in x:/ISO (where x is the drive letter of your psp)

psone games need to be converted, placed in a folder (what ever you wanna name it)
then that folder you named needs to go in X:/PSP/GAME, same goes for homebrew, just place in the game,
or game150 folder

for psp games go to = http://www.psp-spot.com/forums/index.php?download=1315

yup, im just gonna give up on this isos crap cause its just not working for me. and Arcueid000 im as suprised as you were that i was able to downgrade easily and install up to 3.30 OE-c perfectly, and i know what the folders are for i just forgot to format my memory stick so thats why. but if anyone can send me a step by step tutorial that would be great.
