OE series are jus custom firmwares which DA made. thatz about everything u need to know about OEs. u could run it, but u need to do some serious downgrading. if u r a total newb in this, i suggest u go read up more or ull jus end up buying more and more psp. google, maxconsole and the exploit section here will do u some assistance. learn about recovery when u r learning OEs upgrading so u will not run around shouting when shit happens.

and once u downgrade, then upgrade to OEs CF, ull on the run for all the homebrews. about unpatched gta, i think most of the peeps are searching around for this. u r a lil out of luck.

the downgrader for 3.03 including ta82 boards is out .. so yes you can downgrade to 1.5 using that then get DarkAleX 3.03OE_C upgrader and do the upgrade...

READ the README.TXT files and follow them carefully... I recommend not using an easy install program as they increase the risk of bricking... you can also find videos on youtube.com that may be helpful. . just do your homework before starting ....
