Hello,

Tried searching the forum but i couldn't find anything.
Note: I'm running 3.03 OE-B, Tried changing the 1.5 and back to 3.03 in the RECOV mode but still didn't work.

I'm not going to lie, I just got the PSP today and i downgraded and upgraded and its been hard work tracking down good ROMS and GAMES, knew about this site for awhile so i decided to join up.

Downloaded "whiteones" VCS iso and when i go to the games menu it shows up and when i start it only shows a blank screen/black screen - The PSP is still on but nothing is happening and after a while i just hit home and go back.

I don't have any Games for my PSP so i cant put anything in the tray so i disabled it in the RECOV Mode.

Need for speed works perfect but i really want to play VCS!

I actually went through the trouble of putting GTA:VCS on my PSP then turning on the no-UMD setting in recovery mode. Apparently GTA:VCS does NOT work with the no-UMD mode. You are going to have to go out and buy a PSP game or an UMD movie if you want to play GTA:VCS. There are actually a few games that don't work with the no-UMD mode, so it's worth getting at least one UMD. If you are really cheap you can get a used one on ebay or something.

Just wanted to add. In recovery mode set your CPU speed to 333MHz for games. After doing that you will notice that GTA:VCS doesn't lag as much when you are traveling at high speed. XD

Im not cheap, I think ill go buy VCS just to support the game - I just wanted to play it some before i brought the game.

Yeah, it is the best game on the PSP. The reason I had to actually put the ISO on my PSP is because the UMD I use to run ISO is GTA:VCS itself!

you should just get a demo umd if u dont want to waste money.

For games that dont load - run devhook to play the games. To recover the psp you need the update file for 1.5
