Full Version: 1.51 downgrade 1.50 (test method)

first , need 2 MS, 1st with 1.52 firmware, 2nd with 1.50 firmware

1. turn on and run update with 1.52 update
2. when load, keeping press "power" button many times ... (not just holding power button)
3. press until the psp goes into sleep mode
4. then u can change MS with 1.50 firmware
5. when u turn on again, u can run 1.50 update

i cannot after step 5 can run or not since my battery is too low, i am now charging it
can anyone with 1.51 try this? its really can run the update.


anyone tried this method?

maybe i am a fool to post such post but i cannot see anyone tried method like this

It will not work.

The update program also checks the firmware version just before flasing, and will brik your PSP.
