This brick-looking device is supposedly the PSP2. I honestly think it is just another mock-up produced by some bored graphic designer out there. This mock-up comes with some information: apparently the PSP2 is codenamed Cobalt (yes, like a less-than-stellar Chevy vehicle) and has a fairly decent spec list.

• Dual Analog Controllers
• Visual Battery Display
• 8GB Flash Drive

Although it is clearly a fake, it looks quite nice.
But I would have put the analogue sticks beneath the D-pad and X, Square, Triangle and Circle buttons.

What is up with all these new PSP2 art concepts popping up like crazy? I just saw a different one on WE TRY TO STEAL PSP-SPOT STAFF and MaxConsole... I really hope the PSP2 don't come out anytime soon. PSP is just starting to get good games, if the PSP2 come out all the developer will have to relearn how to program for the PSP2. This means more crappy games, cause they will all be trying to figure out how to program and not focusing on the gameplay.

Thats just a pic of ps3's XMB on a flat-looking psp type thing...
That doesn't look great to play... I hate the analogs.

it'll be tricky to actually have dual analog sticks while keeping the thing looking sleek and not bulky, my only questions is will it be able to run homebrew?

Why would the analogs be on top of the directional buttons?

the analog nubs could be better placed, maybe more like the xbox controller, it'd be too hard to hold with both on the bottom, or at the top, good thing this is just a fake... it makes you think though

wow i jus read somewhere else that sony has denied ALL the psp2 rumors
but haha this is so fake anyways. no way that they would put the analogs at the top.
