I roll with Photoshop CS. Photoshop is definitely the way to go if you want to make the best graphics by far.

I have CS and its fine. The differences between CS, CS2, and CS3 are not something to get worked up about. You can do the same things on all of them. CS2 is kinda slower than CS imo, while CS3 is faster. The changes besides that are minor.

Only if you dont have CS already like me. I have no desire to upgrade to CS3, but then again that could be my opinion.
