is there any way to make movies any smaller than mp4's that will still play on the psp

im just tryin to fit as much as i can

You could compress the file into a rar file and extract it by winrar? but i dunno about how big it would be

No other format can be used with a default psp. Just convert them with lower audio and video bitrates.

you x´can try it with divx but than you need the newest firmware

When you come to convert them try not to go for quality unless the quality is poor already

AVC is much smaller than SP so if you use Xvid4PSP and convert using the AVC settings you will have a better quality and smaller file.
