Is there any way to play ps1 games on a psp without downloading them with the ps3, I don't want to use homebrew I just dont have a ps3 to download and I really want MGS

Without a PS3 you can only play them with 3.02 OE-b or 3.03 OE-?
as far as I know...

I mean another way to download them or if I could find somebody who owns a PS3 I could get it from them but I dont know anybody.
