Whats up with the RPG HP/MP/EXP meters to the side of each post we make, what is it for?

right now its still undecided by djp, but harry1 told me that everypost you get a boost of exp and the more you post the higher level you get as well

All I know about it is that you get more EXP for each post you make (for me I seem to get 1 per post but I think you get more at lower levels).
Then when you get to 100% EXP it is reset and your level goes up by 1.

what's the highest level so far???

'djp' is the highest he got level 42 and hp is 6315

Yeah! those bars are wierd I got kind of confused when the first time I saw them ????
