As I am a newbie to the psp... and made the fatal error of upgrading to 3.03 before I understood what a psp can really do.... I am wondering ...
what actually will custom firmware 3.03 Open Edition Revision A let me do, and can I install it knowing that I am currently running 3.03? or is it only for people with 3.02 Custom B that can install it?
I require knowledge and cant find much info to help me out.... all help is appreceated

3.03 OE-A will let you play yuor own ripped ps1 games 99% of all homebrew Plus all the features in 3.03. In order to use this you must already have 2.71 se 1.5 or 3.02 oe unfortunatley sinse you have 3.03 you will not be able to downgrade Therefore you will not be able to use any homebrew or custom firmwares
Can you load psp isos? My brother just broke my umd of gta and i really want to finish the game 
Yes, normally when loading iso's or cso's.
you place them in a folder called ISO in the root of your memory stick.
Then they will pop up in the games menu.
But since it is gta you want to play....
Ive downloaded alot of gta isos but none of them worked....
alot of other games worked like a charm, but not gta...

But maybe they will work in 3.03 OE-A or OE-A'
