Ok, so I just downloaded the GTA VCS cso from
http://www.psp-spot.com/forums/index.php?a...=78&t=25458 and I unrarred part 1 and placed it in the ISO folder ( I have 3.02 OE-A still) but I can't get it to show up in the XMB, do you have any advice? what do I even do with the last part (the PRX files)? sorry, I'm new to this stuff, thanks

You have to download all the parts, not just part 1. If you didn't do that theres your problem. Once there all downloaded into one folder right click on part 1 and on the pop up list click "extract here". Wait for it to extract and make an iso or cso. I wouldn't recomend cso because your game will lag and be jumpy on vice city stories.

why wont you just upgrade to 3.03 OE-A it works better when playing ISO and PSX. If you just downloaded part 1 I dont know how did you extracted download all the parts

Yer, you need all parts.
I have downloaded several gta rips, but none of them worked for me :S
I see the playstation portable thing, and then the screen turns black...
and nothing happends... :S
i have 3.02 OE-B
But maybe 3.03 OE-A or OE-A' will make it work... ?!!!
