I dont htink u can because of the region encoding-its the games or the movies anyway

Games do not have region coding.
You can play games from any region (EUR/USA/JAP).
I have played American games on my European PSP.

It's only UMD movies that have region coding and even that has been cracked by Dark_AleX in 3.03 OE.
