Fastloader lets you take umds and make copies of them straight to your psp. It works for 1.50 firmware only. It is easy to use and easy to start the iso. Programs tto use to load the isos are davhook or custom firmware installed to the psp, also you need to make an iso folder in the main root of memory stick. Once you do all that put the iso in the iso folder put a umd in go to davhook or if custome 3.02 go straight to the game menu and start the game from their simple as that.
This was mainly ment to tell people what to use to make isos because people ask me that all the time.

Alternatively, you could use New UMD Dumper v0.2:
http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/38I think that one works in 2.71 SE and 3.02 OE as well as 1.50.

dont have any good experiences with fastloader, unfortunately. didnt come to the "dark side" of psp hacking until late in the game... (isos) by then, it was simpler to use dax dumper in conjunction with oe firmwares.

UMD Dumper v0.2 is just as effective as fastloader even better cos you also have the choose of dumping the UMD to different formats eg. cso and theres also the ability to dump the UMD to your Pc's hard drive if you don't have a big enough MS via USB, Very useful..
