i already have a 3.02 firmware, so where can i download free ps1 games for psp???

You can download PS1 games with 3.02, but you need to have a PS3 and pay for them.
wat does ps1 and psp have to do with having ps3

If I am not mistaken, you are meant to use a PS3 to purchase and download the PS1 ISOs, then transfer them to a PSP.
Yeh but it cost too buy and it takes forever to download the games on the ps3 and then it takes another long time to send it to your psp. Better just using OE.
