Video Downloader
just paste link to video, choose the site its from and press download..then all you have to do is convert them. works fine for me.
Ok, i tried to relink it so please see if it works now

no, its a simple website which lets you download videos on websites to your computer, then all you have to do is use a converter that can convert .flv files. i've used it to download off websites like youtube, myspace, and a few others. it offers plenty of websites that can be downloaded from. check it out.

I think this is the firefox plug in. It says you have to have firefox browser to use it.

I think thats just a suggestion cause i dont have firefox and i use this regularly without any problems..did you try downloading a video? cause i know that box says you need it but i dont think it really matters.

you can get the Firefox plug-in here:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2390for some reason it works awesome on one of my computers but not in the other so....if u want to try it it works most times but i think the website is still better.

you can also use saveyoutube.com
just copy and pase the html and it will download. but only in the small fixed size I think
