Yeah, i wanna be able to play iso's too I got wipeout pure, and very happy with it ^^ my next game is gonna be burnout legends... or LCS... well, i just buy em both

I just buy my games at the moment, i have Wipeout which i pais £28 for and Ridge Racer which cost £34.99.

Maybe oneday ill be able to play ISOs, but if its a good game and i like it, i will buy it.

I have 6 games on UMD... there is no Sleep mode when playing ISOs which would make at least a few games totally unplayable (MGA! leaps to mind)

Most of these games i purchased before they started making launchers, NBA was on ebay for $9, and since Gamerush gives at least $22 for all psp games, i can make a profit, lol. Death Jr i bought just because there isnt a way to boot the iso yet. I was going to buy MC3, THUG & Medievil, but ill soon be getting a 4gig stick, so iso size wont be a factor.

ping, you dont need sleep mode with MGA, you can save in the middle of a level and start back there next time you play the game.

I was wrong... I have 7 games not 6... 4 at launch due to EB bundle...then 3 more in the last 6 months. Though the last one I purchased was Midnight Club which happend about 2 weeks before I discovered how to load coded arms through a loader.

At the moment I tend to have Metal Gear Acid, Burnout Legends and Puzzle Bobble on the stick. I may purchase Burnout, though, because it seems to be worth it.

I have to buy games cos i own a 1.52 UK PSP, but even when this downgrader gets finished i will still buy orig games cos i like the covers. I have 2 DVD burners yet i buy all orig DVD's.

Copies are naff, they look sh*te they don't last half as long and even printed covers don't look no where near as nice on a book shelf!!

The UMD's are expensive at the mo, but after (dare i say it) Crimbo they'll start to fall!!

Im not a big sports game person, never was. I find it much more fun to actually play the games. Although i gave this one a look purely to see how it ran on the psp.

Im not a fan. Its got some nice visuals and movies which led me to believe it might be an adventure game. but so far. from what i can see. it just involves defusing stupid bombs with basic problem solving.

i don't think you will ever be able to play isos on 2.6 unless they make a downgrader

i think this psp is a 2.5 model and am hoping to be able to play some ISOs once we learn a bit more about it.

i have a 2.6 psp so I can't download it any way. plus it is too complicated and not as good as the umd, I want to get the best out of my psp games.

when the downgrader for 2.71 comes out i have a stratagy
1. If you have purchased games sell them for $5.00 les than you bought it for on ebay.
2.Downgrade to 1.5
3. and then download the iso's of the games you sold.

if you want games just dl isos (assuming you have 1.5 fw)
save you alot of money

if you want to have your psp+all your isos on the go then either buy lots of mem sticks or portable hd?
if you play mostly at home just use irshell and keep isos on your comp then wifi stream them.

NCAA Football 07 - $39.99
Review - Fun Game. Main reason I bought it was for online play. The game says featuring ESPN on the cover but you see nothing related to ESPN playing through regular modes but when you go online in the lobby there is a ESPN sports ticker and an ESPN radio broadcast every 20 MIN. Its really fun online but you will hate all the noobs who quit or when you lose conection. There is some problems with the collision detection and some other glitches (i.e. the ball is marked at the 38 yard line but in replay you can clearly see it is on the 41) Another great feature is instant replay. This game does what any football game should do and executes it perfectly for the psp.

Lemmings - $39.99
Review - Lemmings is a fun puzzle type game that has been around for years. I had never heard of it until it came out on PSP though. I bought it not really knowing what it is but this is the basic idea. You tell this little creatures (lemmings) to dig, build, climb, float, bash, and mine until they create a path to the exit. But there is traps that will kill your lemmings along the way. The object is to get a certain number of lemmings to the exit to complete the level. One feature I would like to point out is the online mode that allows you to share your user created levels with other people, and rate other peoples levels. It's certainly a fun game but it will feel kind of repetative. I'm not sure I would recomend it at the $40 price point but jump at it when you see a price drop.

NFL Street 2 Unleashed - $29.99
Review - Just like NFL Street 2 on the PS2 only there are a few extra mini-games. Other than that it is exactly the same. There is wireless ad-hoc but no infrastructure mode which is kind of disapointing. But for any football fan this is a must buy for the psp.

Coded Arms - $14.99
Review - This FPS is pretty fun. They execute the controls perfectly on the psp. But, if you don't like them you can change them, you can custimize every button to every control which is a neat feature. It includes ad-hoc wireless play with a few game modes. I recomend this one.

I buy all my games because I just like to own all my games. (Sometimes I'll download an ISO, but if I like it I'll actually buy the game) Turns out that I've spent $1150 on just PSP games alone.

Since last year i have brought 9 games from retail-HMV,GAME, VIRGIN MEGASTORES.
Since last year i have downloaded/ordered/brought roughly 100 ISO's-USA,JAP AND UK GAMES.
-However, at the moment i have firmware 2.71 and i'm still waiting on a down grader. Although when i degrade I'm still going to continue to buy games from retail. (call me mad at £30-340 a time).

I was thinking of trying one of those online rental sites for game rentals. I just upgraded to firmware 2.8 and downloaded three of the demo games. I have bought a couple of games new, and a few either used of on the GH list. Movies I typically make my own and store them on my 1gb card. I did buy a couple of them when I can find a good deal on them on Ebay or used. If I can pick them used for 5-8 bucks then I do so. So far I have:

Yea, there's only some times where I actually buy the original, and that's for things that I really like, like GTA games, Tekken: Dark Ressur-errection, Gran Turismo games, and 2Pac albums.
