how do i play maq vids on my computer? what software do i need

m4v is itunes, but wtf is maq?

some videos from here are in maq form... I havent gotten them to run on the psp for some reson.

You have to put them in a different folder. I don't remember exactly what it's named.

"MAQ" videos are MP4s encoded using AVC; on your PSP (pre-2.80) they need to be in the folder: "ms:\MP_ROOT\100ANV01\"
and they need to have the filename: "MAQ#####.MP4"
(replace the # with digits; e.g. "MAQ00001.MP4")

if you want to watch videos (.mp4) on your PC i use a program called

"Total Video Player"... you can find this at download.com its a freeware

MAQ videos are just encoded with the h264 codec. I just use Quicktime

I hate VCL. I tried getting it to play an MKV file and it lagged all the way through..
