Devhook v0.51 released - PSP Firmware v3.01 Emulation Compatible

Description:
Booster has released a new version of Devhook with support for V3.01 firmware meaning all firmware is now covered by Devhook.
Here are easy to follow instructions, courtesy of comment #40, posted by Steven-style:

1. Remove all previous DevHook files from your memory stick.
2. Copy the DevHook 0.51 package to the root of your memory stick. This would be ms0:/ and the two folders should be “dh” and “PSP”.
3. Download the 3.01 update (search Google) or PSP Hacks.
4. Get PSARDumper
5. Extract the DATA.PSAR from the 3.01 update you’ve downloaded with a program such as PBP Unpacker. Once thats done, copy the DATA.PSAR over to the root of your memory stick.
6. Run PSARDumper on your PSP, once its loaded up press X to dump a sigchecked 3.01. Once its done your PSP will return to the main menu.
7. Open up your memory stick, you will now see that there is an “F0″ folder in the root. Move that to the “301″ folder inside of “dh”.
8. Go into the “301″ directory, move the reboot.bin into the f0 folder.
9. Launch up DevHook and go to “FLASH ROM” settings, choose install dh to flash1. DO NOT touch any of the other settings unless you know what you’re doing.
10. Finally, choose “FIRMWARE” from the DevHook menu and pick 3.01. Now start DevHook and you should be good to go!

now i have a 20 gig ps3 and in account management it says activate psp from usb so i hope i can work around the no wireless thing. cant wait to try this when imnot stoned as hell.

I HATE DEVHOOK ITS killing me, it sys uninstsall instead of install, but yet if I try running 3.01 it just restasrts and goes to 2.71 sec again, jesaus I need help.

this is confusing...

first of all can i use HEND wit this..

second of all should i upate my friends 2.8 psp to 3.0 and use this Devhook so he could play ISOs? help thanks!

What? No, it doesn't work for 3.0.

guys you can only use devhook with 1.5 firmware or one of dark alex's special edition 2.71's

heres what i did...

i hav a ta-082 2.71...

i used devhook for 2.71 to emulate to 1.5...

then i went to 1.5 and use the Devhook .50 i loaded firmware 3.0 and guess what nothin happened it just went back to the XMB and its still 1.5

found this to be very unstable
when exiting a game and switching between umd and emulation
one thing i did notice though theres an option to turn off auto umd start in the systems menu how long did it take sony to realise that drives millions of psp owners nuts

has anyone else besides ^ found it to be unstable? i have yet to install and run this, but if its unstable, i may reconsider.
