Category: NON-VIP-PSP EXPLOITS & LOADERS

Description:
Special Edition 3.0 Custom Firmware
Looks like we have a new developer on the scene. Guiloz has released his beta version of his custom firmware 3.0

heres a rough translation

I you present today a version beta of Custom Firmware 3.00, I worked above this week end and I have reussi has to arrive at something of step too badly, only the navigator and the menu of Management of the food does not go.

The problem comes from space available on the nand of the PSP (the memory flash)

Installation: * To copy contained file from your Memory Stick
* To copy the DATA.PSAR of firmware 3.00/3.01 with the root of Memory Stick

* To launch PSARDUMPER
* To launch the install of the 300SE You veiled in 300SE, this is a version beta and some bugs persists: * Navigator off * Management of the food off (not to try to go there the psp goes freezer)

OK... now for real? Does anybody know what it does and what it is capable of? Anyone tried this? smile.gif
It is hard to believe there is something like this not from Alex smile.gif

edit: I gathered some info so it is basicly just 3.00/2.71 hybrid for now, web browser doesnt work and system settings as well.
You just have to take 3.00 eboot and make a dump with psardumper and install through the 3.00 installer. But there seems to be some trouble with space on the flash.

In the next version there will be more prx from 3.00 and so on... hope they get the thing done smile.gif

Do not run it, I read on the other forum it's buggie as f*ck and he copy some other group work and made an installer from it.... I advise everyone to do research before you try anything from any new group out there but that's just my 2 cents. Just wait a bit longer and better thing will be release from groups we can trust and don't steal work from someone else's hard work and claim it as there's.

To many n00bs hear of something new then you read ( I WANT I WANT ) for us that know better we just wait.

i am never going to try this for one because i know its impossible for this to be done like Dark_AleX did his 2.71 se versions because he uses the 1.5 kernels and the 2.71 kernels and 3.00 takes up about 29-32 mb on the nand flash soo where are the 1.5 kernels gunna go???

Wow, I didn't think that this was real, that someone just posted an idea and that was misinterpreted. Even if it is a 2.71 hybrid it's still a very good step forward. So now I guess we can add things from higher firmware to lower ones. Pretty sweet.
