So does anyone own both the DS and the PSP? I do and I was wondering which one you guys like better? I personally like both but the DS is a little better for fun gaming for me.

Ive had a DS for a while but I just picked up a psp black friday. I think the Psp is alot more versitile than the ds. Now I have something other than play brain age after class or sometimes durring.

Well there are more games than Brain Age... But yes Psp does have a lot more features that you can easily access...

I had both and within less then a week I sole off the DS. PSP is so much a better system with alot more features. And since you don't need any 3rd party hardware to make your PSP work with alot of apps besides a mem card its also alot better. Bigger screen for movies makes it that much better. Don't get me wrong I think the DS is still great but when you compare feature to feature the PSP is alot better.

It really depends on the style of game play prefer. I mean the PSP offers better graphics and enhanced controls for racing or more action intensive games. The DS offers really one type of multimedia- games. Really, the PSP works as an all round multimedia system- Internet, video, music, movie and games. Plus, not forgetting the PSP is a symbol of sophistication or elegance in my eyes. The PSP is a real beast. The DS is more of a fun and family aimed console- like many of nintendo's consoles. It too looks good, the 'slimline' black version is the best in my opinion. So i would stick with my PSP,- for multimedia purposes and its sleek design. The DS is not my preferred platform.
Really, in my eyes the PSP all the way. Although in my eyes its not a portable... not because its bulky its just not a console i would want to play on the bus (not that i use them), its a console that i prefer to play sitting down in my house or office playing.

I cant think of anyreason to own both, unless u got yur DS b4 the PSP came out. If u already have a PSP then u already have the best portable and getting a DS would be a waste, getting a DS to begin w/ is a wate!!

I love to play psp more than DS because PSP can play a lot of games and games for DS . Screen are bigger too and the sound ... wow it's great .

But one drawback is you cannot play PSP outdoors especially in a Sunny day outdoor like near seaside , under the tree , in a garden ... I've tried but it's so blur and I cannot see properly . PSP screen is too shiny and I wonder is there any accessories to make the screen better in the outdoor ? So I hate it to play outdoor in a bright daylight. I play my psp when I'm indoor only , in the train , bus , home , or outdoor at night hehehe.

DS can be played everywhere and it's convenient to bring along without worrying the scratches and stuff like tat. PSP is more vulnerable to scratches and need to extra careful when handling it outdoor.

I would have to say i like my psp better because theres more games i play on it, the ds is fun also i dont like many games for it though or have already beaten the ones i like, but when pokemon diamond and pearl come out i dunno my psp may go into hybernation

i have both and i play my psp alot more. The DS has some good games but to me it didnt seem like they used the dual screens very well. The PSP is a nice portable multimedia device so i go with that. Plus the PSP looks alot better

i have both and i personally like ds better because they have roms for every single game and some games are pretty good. but psp is great too would be great if they both combined

EXACTLY!!! Easier to mood, just get devhook and HenC no hardware like mod chips, main reason why I got the PSP!!!

i say psp is better cuz ds cannot do a lot of things that the psp can do.

i got both, but preffer my psp, movies music games and photos, hands down portable platform of choice

i have a psp now since lauch and i'm happy with it but if a got a ds lite for free i would keep it(not return it i mean)

Got both, much prefer the DS though.

My PSP has been doing nothing but gather dust for ages. Not that it isn't an OK handheld, it just rarely gets anything interesting.
