Koei on Wed. announced that Gitaroo Man Lives! for the PSP has reached gold status and will be ready to drop to retail on Nov. 14.

The handheld version of the music rhythm game wil feature a new Duet Mode, Vs. mode via Ad Hoc wireless, 10 stages, and three levels of difficulty.

In the game, players take the role of U-1, a young boy who dreams of becoming a skateboard master to win the heart of Pico, the most popular girl in school.

Gitaroo Man Lives! is rated E and will carry an MSRP of $39.99.

I just hope the US version isn't a port of the Eur version. They ruined it by translating all of the Japanese songs; they sound like pure crap.

Does anyone know if this is a remake of the ps2 game or a sequel? I loved the ps2 version.
