I have 2 computers i use for games etc one upstairs and one downstairs. I signed up for the 3.00 subsccription downstairs and that one can access it but my computer upstairs cant or i can sometimes but only the msuic videos and not tv shows its really wierd plz help

btw both computers are connected through a router

thats because you are singing in as 2 different usernames, shinta and shinta99 use the one you paid on for both computers and you wont have a problem
