pls guys i m in trouble coz my psp version is 2.60 i want the upgrade to 2.71 and play pirated games i really want tutorial for how psp upgrade pls guys help me

y dont u degrade to 1.5 its much easier use the easy downgrader

By "pirated games", you obviously mean "legal backups of games I own"... right?
Anyway, what I would recommend (still, despite 2.71-SE) is to upgrade to 2.71 using an official Sony Update:

Then downgrade to 1.50 by installing Dark_AleX's Homebrew Enabler (Revision C) and using Update Flasher with the 1.50 EBOOT file (link is to complete package):
