The mobile phone maker will be introducing a red version of its RAZR V3m in support of the Global Fund, an initiative by Bono and Bobby Shriver to fight HIV and AIDS in Africa. This follows Apple's recent announcement of the iPod nano Red Special Edition for the same Product (Red) campaign.
Those of us in Asia who are hoping to get hold of the RED MOTORAZR V3m will, however, be disappointed. Like the Red SLVR which can be purchased only in the UK, the Red RAZR is currently available only in the US from mobile operator Sprint. The handset will retail for US$304.99 (or US$64.99 with a two-year service agreement) in November.
