i have 2.6 white psp is there any way i could downgrade or run isos on it because i cant downgrade because its ta-082 mobo and its factory 2.6 fw.

You can't downgrade, but you might be able to make use of Dark_AleX's Homebrew Enabler for 2.71 with the DevHook port:
