Homebrew Enabler for FW 2.71

Description:
With only the required necessities: a computer, Playstation Portable, skills, and a large brain; Dark_AleX has managed to figure out a way in launching homebrew via the 2.71 user interface (the XMB).
To be more precise, I’ll just quote the included README.TXT:

This program enables homebrew to be run in 2.71 through the XMB. It makes a patch that remains permanent until hardware reset. Sleep mode won’t remove the patch.

Note: this program writes some small files in the flash, ONLY the first time is executed. IT does NOT rewrite any existing file in the system, it writes new files, so the probabilities of bricking are practically null.

Currently standard homebrew is not supported because they’re compiled in static ELF format. Homebrew for 2.71 will need to be PRX formatted. All the technical knitty-gritty details for programmers, as well as instructions on setup/installation/usage, are detailed in README.TXT.

Samples are provided in the “GAME” directory. And as for the future — static ELF support may be possible.

does this work for ta-082?

i doubt it. why have a ta-082 when downgraders are so great right now? go trade it in and pick up a good psp.

uh first of all i dont kno where to trade it in....

and second of all i dint choose to hav a ta-082..

Yea, get your facts straight before you post, a lot of people were unlucky enough to get a TA-082.

And I don't see why it wouldn't work.

I was wondering when do you think the games will come out?

cus im dyin to play ISOs = ] i spent a lot fo moeny on games and became broke already
