if i would download an iso from here....cant my internet service provider see what i am downloading and cant i get into trouble.....or is there no chance of getting in trouble cause its not from limewire or something.....cause i dont want to get into legal matters. Thanks

We don't supply ISO's. So it's not even an issue.
However, you should never consider yourself immune to prosecution regardless of where you download, what you're doing is illegal, period. You take the risk all by yourself, if you don't feel right about doing it then DON'T, most of us stopped caring years ago.

My rhetoric on the issue is that if I get busted, I fully intend to counter-sue under the illegal wiretap laws. No one can spy on your connection and intimidate your ISP into giving up your IP address, if they do they have admitted to unlawful spying and hacking, and in doing so incriminate themselves.

ok so what you are saying is that my isp is no allowed to see what i download or do on the web....because it is illegal and therefore people are less likely to be caught.......but is limewire the same way......they arent allowed to look?

In theory hes correct... it does violate laws and regulations, however, sure there must be some sort of allowance-i mean if you are committing an illegal offence then is it not allowed in the purpose of investigation,-such as trading standards/police investigating?
Oh and to answer 'crazystation123' question yes, you can still be traced-your IP is left still and its still illegal if you pay (to download) or not games are copyrighted. I'm not sure but isent what I've said logic.

Very true, lol i agree-downloading music, games, movies. Hacking and discriminating people. Ripping/ scamming people selling fake/illegal goods- it all happens here on the Internet. However, in my opinion its a good thing...(not the things/crimes listed above)-but the information available, the ability to keep in touch/contact people. But, yet downloads-legal and illegal can be very lets just say amusing/'great'.

but really what are the odds of someone getting caught downloading the isos from i guess i could say this site....i mean is it a high percentage that you could be caught.

Unless you have HideIP. I use that everytime I run torrents. Yay. laugh.gif

Well, there are millions of websites on the Internet, i would say about 25%+ engage in illegal activities, not forgetting the ever expanding lists of p2p programs and torrent download clients. And whats more the millions of worldwide users its going to be hard to monitor them all. I think there is a minimal chance-many people do it. So its a risk but a small one at that.
